The Child Ombudpersons´ Chilean Office monitors the State’s compliance with its international commitments. One particularly relevant commitment is to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, the United Nations body responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child by States Parties.
